1. Open the link https://myprint.qmul.ac.uk/user
2. Enter university credentials to log in.
Go to the HP website to download and install the most current version of the Mac driver and software for your printer. Turn on the printer. If your printer is connected to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the cable from the printer. The software installation prompts you to connect the cable if needed. If you are provided a profile to install, download or copy the printer profile to your Mac and then install it. On your Mac, double-click the profile to open it. When you see a message asking if you want to install the profile, click Continue. When a message appears asking you to confirm that you want to install the profile, click Install. Updated Many Mac users today found, to their surprise, they are unable to print to their HP Inc printers. This is due to a code-signing snafu affecting macOS Catalina (version 10.15) and Mojave (10.14), specifically.

To install a shared or IP printer, go to System Preferences, then select Printing under Print & Fax. Next, click on the plus sign below the printer list. There will be two buttons at the top of the Printer Browser window that opens up next: Default Browser, and IP Printers. Select Default Browser and then choose a printer from the list. If your printer is listed there, then you need to download the driver package and install it. It would have been nice if they had links directly from that page to the driver packages, but they don't. 3. Navigate to the task bar and select BYOD/ Non-managed.
4. This will open up the following screen. This should automatically detect that you are working from a MacOS machine, but if it is incorrect choose from the icons below.
NOTE: Please make sure you are connected to Eduroam before attempting to add the HP device.
5. Select Download and follow the necessary steps to begin the installation process. Navigate to the Downloads folder to setup the printer.

6. Please run the application. Once successfully installed the MyPrint queue will now appear in your Printers and Scanners settings and will allow you to print to any HP device on campus when connected to Eduroam.

NOTE: To make the added printer your default, navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners and right click myprint > Set as default.
